Set within a restored former textiles millroom in the heart of Parnell, CASABELLA is a private event space where original character and considered design come together.
The building’s history remains present throughout, with exposed brickwork, reclaimed timber and existing imperfections retained alongside natural stone, dark-stained joinery and softly layered finishes. The result is a space that feels established rather than new - warm, tactile and quietly refined.
Generous proportions and an open-plan layout allow the space to shift naturally between intimate dinners, celebrations, launches, workshops and larger gatherings. At its heart, a fully equipped entertainer’s kitchen brings another dimension to the experience, allowing food and hosting to become part of the occasion.
CASABELLA has its own identity, but intentionally leaves room for yours. A considered setting that can be enjoyed as it is, or transformed entirely.

CASABELLA is a private dry-hire venue, giving you the freedom to shape your event as you wish.
Bring your own catering, beverages and preferred suppliers, with the flexibility to create something entirely your own.

From intimate gatherings to larger occasions, the space adapts easily to different uses.
Private dinners, corporate events, product launches, brand activations, workshops, celebrations, photoshoots, content creation and chef-led events are all at home here.

CASABELLA comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests standing, or up to 50 seated, depending on your chosen layout.
For more intimate events, the space can be configured to create a smaller and more considered setting.
The 150m² floorplan is intentionally flexible. An 8-metre relocatable communal table can be configured to suit your layout, while the movable maître d’ station can transition into a bar or DJ booth if required.
There is plenty of on-street parking nearby, with bump-in and bump-out arrangements available.

A fully operational kitchen sits at the heart of the space, supported by a separate kitchenette, commercial refrigeration and food preparation facilities.
Bring your own caterer or make the kitchen part of the occasion with a chef-led dinner or demonstration.

The essentials are already considered, including Sonos sound, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, two guest bathrooms and back-of-house storage with commercial refrigeration.
Wine and champagne glassware is also available for smaller gatherings of up to 30 guests.

CASABELLA is a non-licensed, dry-hire venue, meaning you're welcome to bring your own food & beverages, or vendors of your choice, for your event.
